EmpowerHer AgriLIFT was founded to address the challenges faced by smallholder women farmers in rural Tanzania. Many women work tirelessly in agriculture but lack access to machinery, training, and structured markets.

Where We Are Today
EmpowerHer AgriLIFT is currently in its pilot phase in rural Tanzania, focusing on building strong community partnerships and on boarding our first group of women farmers in the Morogoro region.
We are actively working on establishing mechanization support services, introducing agricultural training programs, and strengthening cooperative structures to support women farmers.
What We Have Accomplished So Far
Engaged with local women farmer groups in the Morogoro region
Designed a pilot model combining mechanization, training, and market access
Begun on boarding our first cohort of women farmers
Built initial partnerships with local stakeholders to support implementation
Developed a clear, scalable model for expansion across Tanzania
What We Are Most Proud Of
We are most proud of successfully co-designing a practical, community-driven solution with women farmers that directly responds to their real challenges in agriculture.
