The team is led by Judith Mweli, Founder and Project Lead of EmpowerHer AgriLIFT. She leads the vision of empowering smallholder women farmers in rural Tanzania through improved access to mechanization, agricultural training, and reliable market opportunities. She is supported by a network of collaborators in Tanzania and the United States who contribute to program development, partnership building, and operational coordination.
EmpowerHer AgriLIFT is currently led by a small founding team and collaborators in Tanzania and the United States, working together to empower women farmers through practical and sustainable agricultural solutions.
